Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential issues. Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively. Review and manage contracts, invoices, and change orders as needed. Proven experience in managing client relationships and consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain). Strong background in project financial management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
