  • Oversee permitting activities and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits throughout Greater Boston to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate scopes of work
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Serve as the owner's representative during construction activities
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Implement and optimize project management software and operational processes
  • Mentor field personnel and help build scalable construction operations

Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Project Manager:

  • Drain Layer license
  • Estimating experience
  • Experience operating as both Project Manager and Owner's Representative
  • Buildertrend or Procore implementation and administration experience
  • Background running your own construction company or business unit
  • Experience with complex demolition, site civil work, steel structures, and urban construction challenges
  • Experience managing 5-over-2, 4-over-2, hospitality, condominium, or mixed-use developments
  • Knowledge of zoning, entitlement, and development processes

This Role Offers:

  • Base salary approximately $120,000-$160,000+, depending on experience
  • Aggressive performance-based bonus structure (75%-100% of Base Salary)
  • Earning potential exceeding $300,000+ annually
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees
  • 401(k) plan
  • Company vehicle or work truck
  • Direct exposure to ownership and strategic decision-making
  • Opportunity to help shape company operations and technology platforms
  • High-growth environment with increasing project scale and complexity
  • Entrepreneurial culture with significant autonomy and influence
