Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with a growing Cleveland-area client to identify an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team.

What You'll Do

As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects and help ensure they are successfully delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage multi-million-dollar industrial construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project execution, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project performance
• Read, interpret, and manage contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
• Provide strong leadership and direction throughout the construction process
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams
• Identify issues early and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
• Work independently while taking full ownership of project outcomes
• Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of direct experience in industrial construction
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Experience in design/build construction
• A track record of successfully overseeing projects from beginning to completion
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes, and schedules
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with a company
