If you’ve run $20M+ projects<\/b>, owned the numbers, and been the person everyone relies on to keep things moving — this is your role.
<\/p>
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager<\/b> to lead complex, high -value construction projects from start to finish.
You’ll own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the team, and be the
face of the project to the client.
<\/p>
This is not a sit -back role —
this is for someone who wants control, responsibility, and the ability
to actually impact outcomes.

What You’ll Own
<\/p>
- Manage 2 -4 projects concurrently with values of $20 -35M+ annually.
<\/li> - Full financial performance and profitability
<\/li> - Client relationships and communication
<\/li> - Project teams (PMs, engineers, supers, subs)
<\/li> - Schedules, change orders, and execution
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
What You Bring
<\/p>
- 10+ years running construction projects
<\/li> - Experience owning large budgets and delivering results
<\/li> - Strong leadership — you can push a job forward, not just manage it
<\/li> - Comfortable in fast -moving, high -pressure environments
<\/li> - Ability to capture change orders
<\/li> - Procore / MS Project (or similar tools)
