Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • Coordinate with cross -discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to identify, address, and resolve project -related issues<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage and communicate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope, schedule, and budget<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), labor budgets, and pre -job packages<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Secure customer acceptances or project deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Other duties as assigned<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and drive projects to successful completion<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem -solving skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to maintain clean and organized work<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
