As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Summary of Duties/Essential Functions:
Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and/or managing goals and objectives.
Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure that the scopes of project and outside business forces affecting the project, and specific deliverables is fully understood with performance standards and other relevant criteria.
Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users, maintaining and delivering all appropriate documentation.
Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions.
Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and signoff.
Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects so that completion falls within intended time-frames.
Prepare various RFP's needed for vendor and contractor services as well as manage the contractor, vendor selection and bid/award process.
Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all concerned.
Manage project performance against schedules, schedule milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.
Manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations.
Identify, manage and mitigate areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.).
Contribute where needed and/or requested in the refinement of best practices of standards of excellence for the business unit and JLL overall.
Assist in training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation.

Project Management Expertise: Fully competent managing projects of all types and scales, including complex, high-visibility initiatives and enterprise-wide programs.
Financial & Schedule Management: Expert-level proficiency in schedule and budget development, forecasting, and performance reporting across project lifecycles. Proactively adapts schedules and budgets in response to emerging challenges, deploying effective mitigation strategies to maintain project trajectory.
Accountability & Value Delivery: Maintains high performance standards across all team members, stakeholders, and client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes. Actively pursues value engineering opportunities and optimizes RFP/procurement strategies to maximize client value while achieving project objectives.
Technical & Collaborative Skills: Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings, space planning concepts, and furniture systems integration. Highly organized with advanced analytical capabilities, fostering collaborative and innovative project environments. Ensures integrated service delivery through effective coordination across multiple JLL service lines and external partners.
Qualifications

7+ years of similar working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Estimated compensation for this position:
117,810.00 - 144,210.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
