Role Description
Senior Consultants are experienced members of Vantage's consulting teams who play a critical role in solving complex client problems, managing significant workstreams, developing junior team members, and delivering high-quality client work.
This Senior Consultant will focus particularly on M&A integration, strategic alliances and partnerships, and organizational and operating-model effectiveness, primarily within life sciences and biopharma.

They structure and analyze complex problems, lead client interviews and working sessions, develop insights and recommendations, manage workstreams, and translate strategy into practical solutions clients can implement.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in environments characterized by significant complexity and change-for example, helping two organizations integrate following an acquisition, strengthening a critical strategic alliance, redesigning an operating model, clarifying governance and decision-making, or helping a leadership team improve how it works together.
This role is well suited to someone who combines strong analytical and consulting fundamentals with an interest in the people, organizational, and relationship dimensions of business performance.
