    The Pega Tech Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of Pega applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.



    Key Responsibilities

    Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

    Design and develop Pega applications, workflows, case types, and user interfaces.

    Configure and implement:

    o Case Types

    o Flows and Flow Actions

    o Decision Rules

    o Data Pages

    o Data Transforms

    o Activities

    o Integrations

    o Reports and Dashboards

    o Job schedulers and Queue Processors

    Develop REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.

    Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.

    Debug and resolve production issues using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, PAL, and PDC.

    Optimize application performance and implement best practices.

    Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

    Support deployment activities and release management.
