Detailed Job Description:
Conversational AI Solution Leadership Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX.
Define architecture, design standards, reusable frameworks, and development best practices.
Mentor and guide development teams on Dialogflow CX, GECX Playbooks, and Google AI services.
Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Google CCAI Dialogflow CX D
Minimum years of experience: 6-10 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
