Summary: 

Qualified individuals will have at least one of the following attributes: (1) Consulting experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint (2) Experience as a Senior Accountant (or higher) using multiple modules of Deltek Costpoint (3) Consulting experience with an accounting firm (4) Consulting experience implementing project-based ERP solutions.

 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document client requirements
  • Document solution
  • Configure and test Deltek Costpoint software
  • Develop desktop procedures
  • Deliver formal and informal training
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate across implementation team
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels for internal and external customers
  • Work with team to define creative and effective solutions
  • Provide status updates related to assignments
  • Lead meetings and conduct presentations
Qualifications:

  • Consulting Experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint OR
  • Experience as a Senior Accountant (or Higher) using multiple modules of Deltek Costpoint or equivalent ERP software OR
  • Consulting experience with an accounting firm
  • Consulting experience implementing project-based ERP solutions
  • 5+ years of accounting experience as accountant or consultant
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Effective organization skills
  • Ability to commit to a task and deliver that commitment on schedule
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in government contracting with exposure to DCAA, JTR, FAR, CAS
  • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of relational database
  • Experience working within a software implementation team

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
