Required
Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification Program (Certified Wetland Professional).
Education: BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline (minimum 3.0 GPA) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years (5+ strongly preferred) in environmental consulting or related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Wetland delineations using the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements.
Plant identification, soil sampling, hydric soils, and hydrology indicators.
Strong data management and technical report writing capabilities.
Other Requirements:
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of dynamic, cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
For the Senior Consultant, Lead Wetland position, the anticipated annual base pay is $79,740-$101,411 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
