Job Description:



Baker Tilly Healthcare Consulting provides management and technology consulting services to healthcare insurers and health systems. As a member of our consulting team, you can expect to work with clients on a variety of project types spanning from full system implementations to business transformation roadmaps to healthcare analytics projects. Our team members participate in all phases of client engagements from project concepting through to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities


* Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for Baker Tilly's healthcare clients including healthcare payers and providers


* Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements


* Define key processes and capabilities to develop deliverables such as process maps, capability definitions, and reporting inventories


* Own solution components from requirements through implementation


* Manage project workstreams, build workplans, and track project financials


* Manage third-party vendor relationships on behalf of clients and project needs


* Construct status reports and project communications
