Job Description:



Baker Tilly Healthcare Consulting providers management and technology consulting services to hospital, health system, and other healthcare stakeholders. As a member of our consulting team you can expect to work with healthcare clients a variety of project types spanning full system implementation to business transformation roadmaps to healthcare analytics projects. Our team members participate in all phases of client engagements from project concepting to deployment and support

Key Responsibilities


* Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for Baker Tilly's healthcare clients with a focus on health systems and hospitals


* Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements


* Analyze healthcare data sets to support client initiatives, including but not limited to claims, remittance, EHR, clinical workflow improvement, and patient accounting data


* Analyze and interpret healthcare transactional data (e.g., claim, payment, adjustment, and denial information) to identify issues, anomalies, or process breakdowns


* Define key processes and capabilities to develop deliverables like proc
