Senior Consultant - SAP BASIS & BTP/BWZ

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS - HANA

Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP/BWZ and SAP RISE, providing expert-level support across all BASIS functions.

Skilled in researching SAP requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance to team members.

Knowledgeable in RISE service request processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Creating detailed technical documentation to support SAP project initiatives

Coordinating and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.

Leading meetings and driving productive discussions to achieve project outcomes

Independently researching unfamiliar topics and identifying practical solutions

Produces high‑quality, professional presentations in PowerPoint.

Develops clear task lists and execution plans, incorporating input from cross‑functional teams.

Actively engages in meetings, offering constructive feedback and contributing to meaningful conversations.

Coordinating with offshore team to manage and deliver the assigned tasks

Ensuring compliance to Client and TCS processes and mandatory training requirements

Reporting project progress, risks and mitigation plans periodically

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
