JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role combines advanced Duck Creek solution development with handson environment engineering It spans configuration debugging technical leadership environment management deployment support and crossfunctional collaboration across Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims

Key Responsibilities
  • Design configure and develop solutions across Duck Creek Author Manuscript Forms Rating and Policy modules
  • Coordinate design and code reviews while ensuring alignment with architecture and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Lead debugging performance tuning and complex rootcause analysis across Duck Creek components
  • Validate technical specifications and maintain traceability throughout the SDLC
  • Develop and review test scope and artifacts supporting SIT UAT and defect triage
  • Contribute to CICD automation improvements and process optimization
  • Facilitate knowledgesharing workshops and AgileScrum participation
  • Install configure and maintain Duck Creek applications servers and infrastructure across environments
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather environment requirements and ensure compatibility
  • Support environment readiness deployment execution configuration migration and release management
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving APIs integrations logs data flows and performance
  • Execute installation scripts validate deployments and perform smoke testing
  • Monitor system health performance metrics and proactively identify risks
  • Prepare detailed environment documentation including topology diagrams and runbooks
  • Participate in RCA efforts and propose remediation strategies
  • Provide expertise during onboarding rollouts cutovers and major environment changes

Required Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Duck Creek Commercial Lines Insurance Domain
  • Experience in leading TransformationMigration project experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Nice to have Duck Creek on Cloud experience
  • Nice to understand automation concepts Playwright
