Content is at the heart of building the Jacob brand world: hero campaigns, out-of-home, social, paid, retail, and packaging
As the Senior Content Manager, you'll guide content from conception to distribution
Our founder sets the vision and our creative director builds the visuals. You'll ask the practical questions: what does each channel need and in what format, so we go into production with a deliverables list that's built around where the assets will land
You'll lead what goes where, when, and in what format, ensuring nothing is lost between ideation and publication
This content role is not responsible for creative vision or media buying. You will make both of these worlds better with your obsessive organization: you think in calendars, channels, pipelines, and systems, and take pride in being the reason a complex launch lands as one coordinated moment
Roughly a third of your time is spent shaping what we make; the rest is getting it out to the world
What you'll do
Before production
During campaign ideation with our founder and creative director, you'll shape the deliverables list: which assets, for which channels, in which formats–ensuring production is planned around how the work will ship
Turn our channel logic into a working system: a living format matrix, per-channel spec sheets, and asset requirements for retail and partner moments, so every content piece and touchpoint looks, feels, and breathes the Jacob brand
Know what's performing on each channel, what our retail and media partners need, and which specs have changed since the last launch
After production
Own the content calendar end-to-end: map every brand campaign, flavor/product drop, and partnership moment into a single distribution plan across organic social, email, web, paid placements, and retail/OOH
Ensure full-funnel alignment across owned channels, so every launch is clean and cohesive
Build the operating system behind all of it: asset library, naming conventions, approval workflows, launch checklists
Collaborate daily: reviews with our founder and creative director, and align with external platform and production partners
Requirements
5+ years in content operations, integrated production, or campaign management at a brand, studio, or agency. You've been the person a launch depended on (bonus if that was in fashion, lifestyle, editorial, or media)
Comfortable working inside someone else's vision: you disagree usefully, sharpen the plan, and don't need to be the author
Fluent in channel mechanics: you know how a feed, a sponsored listing, a billboard, and an inbox each behave and you can tell us what each one needs before we shoot
Conversant in paid media: you've worked closely with media buyers and speak their language
Direct, low-ego, and energized by the idea of working shoulder-to-shoulder with a small team where the best idea wins
Obsessive about details, operate with speed, and delivers on time in full
