What You'll Do:

Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving initiatives to improve performance and eliminate waste across one or multiple plants

Build Operational Excellence capability through coaching, training, and hands-on application of Lean principles (5S, VSM, Hoshin, scrap/WIP reduction)

Translate business objectives into actionable improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional opportunities

Lead Gemba activities — Muda hunting, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions

Drive measurable results in productivity, quality, lead time, and inventory while building autonomous CI capability within teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of Production/Manufacturing, Mechanical/Process/Industrial Engineering experience

Experience managing Lean workshops across multiple or large sites

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills

Hands-on experience with 5S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, VSM, and Pull Flow/Kanban

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) a plus
