    Job Duties

    • Lead deployment of Lean methodology throughout a business function or retail operations while supporting regional based resources with coaching, teaching and mentoring.
    • Lead implementation of Lean initiatives that support branch operations business objectives according to Crowns Operational Excellence standards.
    • Conduct standardized and effective development and certification of Operational Excellence Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the application of tools and systems.
    • Mentor and coach Regional Continuous Improvement Specialists.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5-7 years related experience

    • Associate's degree (Business, Operations, Engineering)

    • Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

    • Extensive travel (over 20%)

    • Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)

    • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ten years of technical experience.
    • Successful Lean implementation and structured problem-solving experience.
    • Experience in implementing lean projects in cross-functional organization structures.
    • Good communication, organizational and relationship-building skills with prior experience working with teams across an organization.
    • A Six Sigma Black Belt. Technical skills such as 3D modeling, value stream mapping, and process simulation software application experience.
