Job Requirements

The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, administering, and maintaining construction-related contracts and compliance documentation to support project and operational objectives. This role will focus on contract review, subcontractor compliance, insurance and bonding requirements, and ensuring contractual obligations are met while minimizing risk and maintaining compliance.


What Youll Do:

  • Review customer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related construction agreements
  • Review and identify contractual risks, discrepancies, and compliance concerns
  • Manage subcontractor compliance documentation including insurance certificates, bonding, licensing, and supporting records
  • Maintain contract documentation including amendments, change documentation, and project records
  • Partner with Project Managers and internal teams to resolve contract-related issues
  • Support customer-specific reporting and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain standardized contract administration processes 

Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (8+ years).
  • 7+ years of contract administration experience in construction or related industry.
  • Experience reviewing construction contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Experience with subcontractor compliance and insurance requirements preferred.
  • ERP and construction software experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
