Contract Manager

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly in either Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI
Type: Contract through end of 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Pay Range: $33-$40/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Contract Manager to support vendor contracting activities due to increased business volume. This role will partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to manage contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and negotiations for existing vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support contract negotiations for existing vendor relationships
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions
  • Review and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Maintain accurate contract records within contract management systems
  • Analyze contract timelines and assist with renewal planning
  • Communicate contract updates and processes clearly to stakeholders
  • Utilize contract templates, workflows, and negotiation playbooks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in contracts, procurement, vendor management, or negotiations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with contract workflow or procurement systems preferred
