Title: Senior Contracts Administrator
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
Location: Shrewsbury, MA

• Highly visible role partnering directly with Project Managers, the Controller, and Finance leadership
• Opportunity to centralize and improve billing processes across multiple acquired entities
• Play a key role in acquisition integrations and future operational scaling
• Strong long-term growth potential into leadership as the company continues to expand
• Manage construction billing, contract administration, invoicing, collections, and project setup
• Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) and applications for payment
• Process invoices through ERP systems and client billing portals including Textura, GCPay, and Procore
• Track retainage, manage lien waivers, and support collections activities
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and billing standardization efforts
• 3+ years of construction billing and contract administration experience
• Strong AIA billing experience (G702/G703) required
• Construction industry background required
• Experience with Vista, Viewpoint, Sage, Procore, or similar ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills and ability to collaborate across Operations and Finance teams
