The team is expanding quickly, so there is real scope to shape the direction of the group.What you will doProgram industrial robots and lead development of full robotic cellsDeliver PLC programming on platforms like Allen Bradley or SiemensSupport SCADA and Ignition developmentSelect robots, work with mechanical teams on end of arm tooling, and integrate conveyance and motion equipmentLead commissioning and testing on customer sitesWork directly with customers and mentor junior engineersContribute to a group that is on track to split into multiple standalone teams over the coming yearsWhat you needStrong robot programming skills, ideally FanucPLC programming experience in an industrial settingBackground in manufacturing, machinery, tool and die, automotive, or similar environmentsComfortable travelling around twenty to twenty five percentExperience with simulation tools, vision systems, AGVs or AMRs is a plusAbility to work well with customers and adapt to a fast paced integrator cultureFive or more years industry experienceThis group is scaling and will evolve into several specialist divisions.
