Seeking an experienced Finance Leader to manage all accounting operations including AR, AP, and GL, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Set strategic direction for accounting and financial functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, and coordinate audits.
Manage tax compliance and internal controls, improve processes, and oversee ERP upgrades.
Collaborate with teams on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial strategy, providing insights and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop organizational structure, mentor staff, and support operational growth initiatives.
Requires 10+ years in finance, CPA/CMA preferred, strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
