xc2xb7 The Senior FP&A Analyst will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Customer Service organizations, driving financial performance, transparency, and dataxe2x80x91driven decisionxe2x80x91making. This role is critical in ensuring highxe2x80x91quality financial planning, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement of financial processes to support sustainable growth and profitability.
xc2xb7 Lead endxe2x80x91toxe2x80x91end budgeting, forecasting, and monthxe2x80x91end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial information.
xc2xb7 Act as a Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Customer Service teams, supporting performance management, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives.
xc2xb7 Perform inxe2x80x91depth variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective or mitigation actions.
xc2xb7 Develop and deliver clear, insightful financial reports and management presentations, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
xc2xb7 Drive financial transparency through standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
xc2xb7 Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and reporting speed.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with crossxe2x80x91functional teams to design, maintain, and continuously improve management dashboards using relevant and upxe2x80x91toxe2x80x91date KPIs.
xc2xb7 Monitor SLA performance and support initiatives aimed at optimizing service delivery and growing service revenue.
xc2xb7 Support business case development, investment evaluations, and adxe2x80x91hoc financial analyses for decisionxe2x80x91making.
xc2xb7 Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders at different organizational levels, adapting messages to business and leadership audiences.
Your expertise:
xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering roles.
xc2xb7 Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
xc2xb7 Solid experience in variance analysis and performance management.
xc2xb7 Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear business insights.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
xc2xb7 Experience with financial modeling and management reporting.
xc2xb7 English advanced.
