In this pivotal role, you will act as a driving force in managing and optimizing our production facility's power and control systems. Your responsibilities include specifying and maintaining critical equipment, spearheading technician training, and executing troubleshooting and repair strategies to not only meet but exceed our plant's reliability goals. You will play a crucial part in enhancing system efficiency, ensuring power distribution and IO layout align with compliance and safety regulations, and cultivating technical team growth focused on electrical and process control systems.

Your responsibilities extend to managing the safety elements of power and control systems, collaborating on new equipment installations, and serving as the technical authority in control systems training.

Your project management acumen will be critical as you lead initiatives ranging from specialty projects to full-scale capital projects, while also applying advanced control, simulation, and process modeling technologies to elevate our process and packaging operations.
