Stryten Energy is hiring a Sr. Process Controls Engineer for our growing corporate automation engineering team. We are looking for someone who capitalizes on a hands-on approach and has a continuous learning attitude to drive our increasing automation needs in Manchester, IA. The role is highly visible and impacts our manufacturing efficiency, rate, operator safety, and uptime, among other critical manufacturing targets. You will help Stryten as we drive to the next level of manufacturing automation. We are searching for engineers that thrive on this kind of responsibility and take pride knowing the impact they’ll have in this role.
Reporting through the automation engineering team, while your primary focus will be on our Transportation locations, you will be part of a team that spans the entire organization. This team is known for its creative problem-solving and troubleshooting, its novel approaches to traditional processes, and its collaboration with the various teams within Stryten.
With 11 manufacturing facilities in the US, there are always opportunities to move up or around within the company. Stryten has an engineering career progression ladder that allows engineers to progress in the organization in either an individual contributor or managerial role.
