Overview Location - Plano, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Purchase, NY Or Large Plant Hub, UNITED STATES The 1NA Controls and Digital team is seeking a Controls & Information Systems Senior Engineer to define strategy for plant automation and system integration across PFNA Manufacturing. Responsibilities Define controls and IT scope of processing, packaging, and/or material handling systems to meet functional and business requirements. Lead cross-functional reviews of electrical design, controls configuration, and functional specification documentation, provided by external vendors. Assess new IT/OT technology and develop integration strategies to pilot and commercialize. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Prepare bid packages for system integrators and equipment manufacturers. Provide direction to diverse groups such as IT, external vendors, and plant resources. Develop reporting and visualization tools to improve operations performance. Define system validation requirements, develop validation documentation, generate and execute test protocols. Provide on-site start-up engineering support during line commissioning. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
