Remote opening M-F 8:30-5 pm EST What Benefits Eligibility and Authorization (RCM) contributes to Cardinal Health Benefits Eligibility and Authorization verify patient specific health benefits.Benefits Eligibility and Authorization provides services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem‑solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.Responsibilities Achieve and Exceed Daily Productivity GoalsCommunication with Customers, Physician Offices and Insurance CompaniesNavigate Internal and External Systems and WebsitesAbility to work in a Fast‑Paced, Performance‑Based EnvironmentAnalyze customer accounts.
