Benefits Eligibility and Authorization provides services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution. **_Responsibilities_** + Achieve and Exceed Daily Productivity Goals + Communication with Customers, Physician Offices and Insurance Companies + Navigate Internal and External Systems and Websites + Ability to work in a Fast-Paced, Performance-Based Environment + Analyze customer accounts.
