Job Description:
Summary: The Senior Coordinator – Brewers Media will have responsibilities related to Brewers.TV linear and streaming media sales and broadcast inventory management. This position serves as the primary coordinator for media inventory management, ad trafficking, campaign execution, client fulfillment, and performance reporting while ensuring all contractual obligations are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role is heavily involved with Brewers.TV media sales and advertiser relationships, commercial unit trafficking, asset fulfillment, proof of performance reporting, and client hospitality.

- Media Traffic & Campaign Management
- Coordinate the scheduling, trafficking, and fulfillment of all partnership-related broadcast, digital, streaming, and media inventory.
- Maintain accurate media calendars and inventory schedules across television and streaming platforms.
- Ensure all sold media assets are executed according to contractual obligations and established deadlines.
- Collaborate with broadcast partners and internal stakeholders to communicate schedules, creative specifications, and campaign changes.
- Monitor campaign delivery and make necessary adjustments to ensure fulfillment goals are achieved.
- Inventory Management & Reporting
- Support inventory forecasting and availability reporting for the Media Sales team.
- Identify inventory conflicts, overbookings, and underutilized assets and recommend solutions.
- Compile proof-of-performance documentation and media partner recaps, tracking key campaign metrics and performance summaries for clients and sales staff.
- Assist in valuation and measurement efforts related to partnership media assets.
- Sales Support / Revenue Generation
- Support Media Sales team by preparing inventory availability reports, sales presentations, and partner proposals.
- Assist in research of industry trends, media consumption habits, and competitive sponsorship programs.
- Operational Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between Partnership Sales, Marketing, Broadcast Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
- Manage creative deadlines and asset delivery timelines.
- Assist with invoice tracking and reconciliation related to media campaigns.
- Develop and refine processes that improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Game Day & Event Responsibilities
- Support fulfillment of sponsored media elements during game days and special events.
- Assist with postseason, special events, and promotional campaign coordination.
- Participate in department events, hospitality functions, and partner activations as assigned.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
- Two to four years of progressive experience selling, servicing, or managing business relationships ideally in a sports, entertainment, media, or sponsorship sales setting.Experience in media traffic, sales operations, ad operations, sponsorship fulfillment, broadcast coordination, or related fields.
- Experience with CRM platforms, media scheduling systems, traffic software, or advertising operations preferred.
- Experience within professional sports, media, broadcasting, or entertainment industries is strongly preferred.
