The Assistant Manager/Coordinator of Facilities Operations supports the daily operation, maintenance, and readiness of the Ed Smith and Buck O'Neil Baseball Complexes, ensuring all facilities are safe, functional, and event-ready. This role coordinates work orders, vendors, and internal staff while assisting with preventive maintenance programs, event conversions, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The position is highly hands-on and plays a critical role during Spring Training, special events, and year-round facility use.
