This Opportunity
WSP USA is current seeking an Emergency Management Senior Procurement Coordinator with the potential to work out of San Juan, PR; Houston, TX; Orlando, FL; Exton, PA; or Columbia, SC.
The Emergency Management Senior Procurement Coordinator will manage the rapid sourcing of goods, services, and construction during disasters, balancing speed with compliance to procurement policies and donor regulations.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma required; BS/BA in Business field strongly preferred.
5 + years in Procurement, including 3+ years of Emergency Management/Disaster procurement experience.
Prior project procurement/administrative experience in Emergency Management.
Ability to Mobilize any location in USA and all territories, within 24-48 hours onsite in Natural Declared Disaster zones.
Work location is Hybrid, in office, in Home and on Project location sites. Normal work is 40 hours per week. Availability to work outside the normal work schedule.
Deployments may be from 3 days up to 30 days. Schedule up to 12 hours day and 7 days a week up to 15 days at a time.
Strong knowledge of ERP Systems/Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, SAP
Thorough understanding of FAR, DFAR, FTA and DOT regulations.
Prevailing Wage expertise such as Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Wages.
Support the development performance risk ratings of contractors and evaluation of cost and pricing data.
Works well under pressure and able to handle change in priorities.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $51,500 - $70,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
