Senior Corporate Accountant

Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is the largest franchisee of the SealMaster®/GemSeal® brand and a national leader in pavement maintenance manufacturing and distribution. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support PMG's continued growth and evolution through accurate financial reporting, strong regional partnership, and disciplined accounting practices across the business.

The Role

This position is well suited for someone with 2+ years of public accounting experience, 3–4 years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience, or-ideally-a blend of both, and who has earned their CPA or is actively working toward it. That combination of experience and technical foundation aligns closely with the scope and pace of this role and supports long‑term growth within PMG.

Core Responsibilities

You will support month‑end close activities across multiple regions, including reviewing accruals, allocations, reconciliations, and intercompany activity. The role also includes analyzing inventory, fixed assets, and balance sheet accounts, as well as supporting audits, sales tax compliance, and internal controls while providing hands‑on support to regional accounting teams.

This role sits at the intersection of corporate accounting and regional operations, requiring independent judgment balanced with collaboration. You'll partner closely with regional accountants, step in during high‑pressure close periods, and help ensure work continues moving forward when teams are stretched.
