Senior Corporate Accountant | North Shore Boston | $115K Base 

A leading asset management firm north of Boston is looking to add a Senior Associate, Corporate Accounting, to its team.

This role offers broad exposure across corporate accounting, financial reporting, liquidity management, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, play a key role in monthly and quarterly close processes, and partner with teams across the organization to drive operational efficiencies and technology enhancements. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite). 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes
• Experience in asset management, financial services, or consulting is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; Workday experience is a plus
• Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve accounting processes

Compensation: $100,000-115,000 + Bonus and 100% benefits
