A well-established Seattle law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its corporate practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced attorney to step into sophisticated client relationships, take on meaningful responsibility, and continue growing a long-term corporate practice within a collaborative firm environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of corporate law experience

• Active Washington State Bar membership

• Strong experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and securities matters

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements

• Ability to advise clients on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters

• Strong legal writing, communication, and business judgment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex matters under tight deadlines

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys and legal professionals

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team

• Business development experience preferred
