The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of legal experience, with a significant portion dedicated to construction law, and a deep understanding of design-build, CMAR, and procurement agreements. In-house experience is highly valued, and the role requires a candidate who is adept at reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of project agreements, as well as advising internal stakeholders.Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should be well-versed in the intricacies of construction law, particularly in the context of the company's diverse project portfolio. The role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate with a highly collaborative legal team and who is capable of providing expert legal support across a broad range of construction transactions.
