This is a highly visible role that will help drive financial alignment, operational insight, and scalable finance processes across a growing organization.

    What You’ll Do
    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, profitability analysis, and cash flow review activities
    • Support enterprise financial strategy through analysis, reporting, and business partnership
    • Develop financial models, business case analyses, and executive-level financial insight
    • Analyze financial performance trends, operational drivers, risks, and opportunities
    Executive Reporting & Consolidation
    • Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
    • Develop executive dashboards, financial presentations, and reporting summaries for leadership teams
    • Coordinate group-level reporting and support parent-company reporting requirements
    • Support intercompany reporting, eliminations, reconciliations, and financial alignment across multiple entities
    Process Improvement & Standardization
    • Drive standardization of financial reporting, forecasting, and accounting practices across sites
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency
    • Support scalable finance infrastructure as the organization continues to grow
    • Partner with site finance teams to strengthen reporting consistency and internal controls
    Audit, Tax, and Cross-Functional Support
    • Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit activities
    • Support enterprise tax coordination and reporting activities
    • Partner with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams across multiple locations
    • Support special projects, acquisition integration activities, and enterprise finance initiatives

    What We’re Looking For
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting experience
    • Experience supporting consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
    • Experience working in multi-site or multi-company reporting environments
    • Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting processes
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
    • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

    Preferred Experience
    • CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or engineered products industry experience
    • Experience with acquisitions, integration activities, or enterprise finance standardization initiatives
    • Experience supporting external audits and tax coordination
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
    • Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting packages
