As our Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic operator and execution leader, partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure our people strategies are disciplined, compliant, and consistently delivered across the business.

  • You are known for being clear, decisive, and solutions-focused
  • You can quickly assess situations and confidently guide leaders through complex employee matters
  • You thrive in environments where expectations are high and accountability is non-negotiable
  • You bring both people expertise and operational discipline to everything you touch

Your Impact at Propark

You will play a key role in scaling and reinforcing a best-in-class HR function, ensuring leaders across the organization have the guidance, tools, and consistency needed to perform at their highest level.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations with a focus on consistency, compliance, and efficiency
  • Partner with regional and corporate leaders on workforce planning, talent, and retention
  • Provide expert-level guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Lead and support HR reporting, metrics, and data-driven insights
  • Contribute to training initiatives, policy updates, and continuous improvement efforts

Where You’ll Lead

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Lead complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and consistency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce and labor matters
  • Support union-related questions and grievance processes
  • Ensure leaders are trained and equipped to handle employee relations effectively

Compliance & Policy Leadership

  • Maintain deep expertise in employment law and HR compliance
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on audits and initiatives
  • Drive policy clarity, interpretation, and consistent application
  • Support organization-wide HR compliance training

Performance & Workforce Management

  • Guide leadership on performance management, corrective action, and PIPs
  • Support workforce changes including promotions, restructuring, and terminations
  • Coach leaders to confidently manage and develop their teams

Employee Experience Execution

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience across all locations
  • Support onboarding, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Act as a key liaison across HR, operations, and external partners

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with demonstrated experience managing employees and leading teams.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in multi-site, fast-paced environments
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Exceptional ability to influence and guide senior leaders
  • High level of organizational discipline, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
  • Experience in hospitality, service, or operationally complex industries is a strong plus

Why Propark?

  • Proud to be named a Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant for 4 consecutive years
  • Recognized for our strong culture of development, recognition, and internal growth
  • A company where HR is not administrative - it is strategic, visible, and impactful

Let’s Set the Stage

You’ll support an organization that includes:

  • Multi-regional operations
  • Thousands of frontline associates and hundreds of leaders
  • A diverse portfolio across hospitality, healthcare, commercial, and transportation

This is a role for someone ready to bring discipline to complexity, clarity to ambiguity, and leadership to every interaction.
