This is a working manager position: you'll handle complex deal work while supervising and training junior paralegals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Support : Conduct and review UCC/lien searches; draft summary charts. Prepare, review, and file UCC filings; maintain tickler system for amendments and continuations. Assist with entity formation, organizational documents, and statutory filings (mergers, conversions, dissolutions). Draft resolutions, certificates, schedules, and closing documents; assist with due diligence.Program Management : Supervise and train junior paralegals on UCC and corporate processes. Manage assignments and workflow for the paralegal team.
