• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $125,000-180,000

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Corporate G&A functions including Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Security, Communications, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Revenue Operations, and other corporate teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines for critical business needs.
• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, research, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage the offer process from compensation benchmarking and negotiations through candidate acceptance while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS data, and provide reporting on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting effectiveness.

What Gets You the Job: 

• 6+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience with a strong background supporting G&A functions such as Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Communications, Security, or other corporate business teams.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level and executive talent, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping, with experience filling specialized and difficult-to-recruit positions in fast-paced organizations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills with the confidence to provide market intelligence, challenge hiring assumptions, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in high-growth, technology, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or startup environments is highly preferred. Experience with Greenhouse ATS and executive recruiting is a plus.
