Senior Corporate Recruiter

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a growing national facility services company providing dining and environmental services to healthcare organizations nationwide. As the company continues to expand, it is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team and support talent acquisition efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for assigned District Managers and operational leaders across multiple facilities.
• Conduct regular recruiting calls to review open positions, hiring priorities, applicant activity, and staffing challenges.
• Identify current and upcoming hiring needs and determine which openings require immediate recruiting attention.
• Manage job postings across the ATS, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms, ensuring positions are accurate, compelling, and appropriately marketed.
• Monitor job posting performance and applicant flow to determine when positions should be refreshed, reposted, modified, or otherwise optimized.
• Review recruiting trends across assigned facilities to identify bottlenecks, recurring challenges, and opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Utilize active sourcing strategies for management, leadership, and other difficult-to-fill positions when additional candidate outreach is needed.
• Track candidate activity throughout the recruiting funnel and identify areas where candidates may be dropping out or experiencing delays.
• Train and support hiring managers on effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including reviewing applicants, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations, facilities, or business units.
• Experience utilizing Indeed and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate job posting performance and make recommendations to improve applicant flow.
• Comfortable conducting regular recruiting strategy calls and advising hiring managers on recruiting challenges and priorities.
• Healthcare, senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, home health, behavioral health, hospitality, or another similarly high-volume industry background preferred.
