Senior Corporate Recruiter


BravoTech, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services
, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter for a retail client in Plano, TX. This individual will serve as a strategic talent partner to corporate leadership, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while enhancing talent pipelines, hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

This is a high-impact role combining hands-on recruiting with process improvement and talent strategy to support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs and success profiles
  • Provide market insights, hiring strategies, and candidate evaluation guidance
  • Influence hiring decisions aligned with business objectives
  • Own end-to-end recruiting (intake through offer acceptance)
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates (active & passive)
  • Lead structured interview processes and ensure timely feedback
  • Drive offer strategy and close top talent
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Provide insights on talent availability and compensation trends
  • Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and best practices
  • Implement scalable hiring processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Support employer brand initiatives across digital and in-person channels
  • Represent the organization at events and networking forums
  • Drive engagement through social and digital recruiting strategies
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors
  • Contribute to broader talent and HR initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or multi-unit preferred)
  • Proven success building active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on complex searches
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on recruiting metrics and outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Clean background and ability to pass drug screen
Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Open to hire FTE - US Citizen or GC 
Open to working 4 to 5 days onsite
