Senior Corporate Recruiter (Remote)
Pay: $51.85 to $59.25 per hour
Location: Remote within the continental United States
Schedule: Eastern Time business hours
Position Overview
The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across multiple business groups. This role will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, and strategic partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate recruiting experience, advanced sourcing capabilities, and a proven ability to identify and engage high-quality passive talent. Experience recruiting within the financial services or insurance industry is strongly preferred.
Candidates may work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States but must be available during Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, and talent search tools.
Identify and engage qualified passive candidates across multiple business functions and geographic markets.
Screen and assess candidates based on their experience, qualifications, career goals, and alignment with position requirements.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition professionals and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish search strategies, and provide recruiting updates.
Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process while providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Provide hiring leaders with insights regarding talent availability, market competition, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to support competitive offer development.
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate information within Workday Recruiting or another applicant tracking system.
Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor pipeline activity and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Manage multiple requisitions, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Build strong external networks within relevant professional and industry markets.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and overall hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
At least seven years of professional corporate recruiting or agency search experience.
Financial services or insurance industry recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Advanced sourcing experience, including Boolean searches, passive-candidate outreach, talent mapping, and market research.
Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions and geographic locations.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Strong candidate assessment skills and sound judgment regarding qualifications and organizational fit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Experience using applicant tracking systems. Workday Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Comfortable using recruiting metrics, reporting, analytics, and dashboards to evaluate pipeline health and guide recruiting decisions.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
