A Day in the Life of a Senior Corporate Trainer

Partnering closely with department leaders, you'll identify skill gaps, align training initiatives with business goals, and facilitate impactful learning experiences-both in-person and virtual. You'll also evaluate training effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously improve content and ensure employees are set up for success.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on training professional who enjoys building programs from the ground up and making a measurable impact. In addition to leading key training initiatives, you may mentor junior trainers and help manage training resources to support ongoing development efforts.
