Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintain and analyze detailed cost records, including inventory, manufacturing and operational costsPrepare and review cost reports, audits, and variance analyses, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and adherence to GAAPReview standard cost ERP transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting and operations decision makingProcess month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparationSpear head collaboration between finance, supply chain, and operations to optimize manufacturing costs and implement cost saving initiativesOversee general accounting duties and support certain working capital functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury functionsHands on support of month end, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts, including journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly reportsSupport ERP and financial systems, including user training, technical support and process improvementsCompliance Requirements Gilmore has a Business Ethics Policy (the "Policy") which provides guidance to employees in day-to-day roles, as well as helping the employee and the business always comply with the law.
