What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain product standard costs
• \n
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify trends and improve profitability
• \n
• Perform inventory valuation, cycle count analysis, and cost of goods sold reporting
• \n
• Evaluate manufacturing variances and provide actionable recommendations
• \n
• Partner with operations on capital investment (CAPEX) and ROI analysis
• \n
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning initiatives
• \n
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and assist with internal and external audits
• \n
• Utilize ERP data to improve reporting and cost visibility
• \n

What We're Looking For

\n

• \n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• \n
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• \n
• Experience with inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
• \n
• Strong ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
• \n
• Ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights to business leaders
• \n
