Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Analyst:


  • Maintain and improve inventory costing accuracy within the ERP system

  • Reconcile inventory sub-ledger to general ledger and investigate discrepancies

  • Analyze and resolve inventory variances and transaction inconsistencies

  • Support month-end close and year-end audit processes related to inventory

  • Partner with operations teams to track and validate field inventory assets

  • Prepare reporting such as inventory turnover and cost analysis



Qualifications for the Senior Cost Analyst:


  • 2 - 4 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a related analytical role

  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Great Plains or Business Central is a plus!)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
