    Sr. Cost Engineer/Cost Analyst

    About the Role
    We are seeking a Senior Cost Engineer with deep expertise in cost management for large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at providing accurate forecasting and reporting to support project success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts
    • Review and reconcile invoices, commitments, change orders, and allowances
    • Prepare and maintain cost reports, variance analyses, and financial updates
    • Perform cost-to-complete analysis based on contracts, expenditures, and trends
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in cost management systems
    • Create tools and reports to communicate project performance clearly to stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of cost engineering experience on large, complex construction projects, aviation experience a plus
    • Proficiency in cost reporting systems (Prolog highly desirable; PM Web a plus)
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
    • Professional certification required (CCE, CCP, or equivalent); PMP or PE desirable
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

    Position Details

    • Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week)
