We are seeking an experienced employee benefits and executive compensation attorney to join the Corporate & Securities group in EQT's Legal Department as Senior Counsel, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation. This attorney willserve as a trusted advisor to the company's human resources and executivemanagement teams on a wide range of matters relating to employee compensation and benefits, executive and director compensation, and ERISA compliance. The role will also provide legal guidance and support on related governance, tax, disclosureand regulatory issues, and will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, and senior leadership.

Required Experience and Skills:
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
