The Senior Counsel will provide legal support to the Company's Marketing and Midstream teams. This role will focus on a wide range of commercial agreements, including gas gathering, processing, and purchase agreements, as well as crude oil, condensate, transportation, and related midstream contracts. In addition to day-to-day legal support, this position will advise on broader commercial and transactional matters, including potential midstream joint ventures, royalty payment issues, and oil and gas M&A transactions involving marketing arrangements and midstream assets.
